RECRUITERS' STANDARD ENGAGEMENT MODEL WITH INTERNATIONAL AGENTS
We are looking for agents and representatives from all over the world who will represent us in finding and recruiting local candidates. Payment is made after the candidate has been successfully placed through an invoice from the agent based on the agreed fee.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Subil Recruiters requests for candidates.
- Representative will source, screen, shortlist and interview candidates.
- Representative forwards the CV of qualified candidates to Subil Recruiters.
- Subil Recruiters further screens and interviews candidates.
- Subil Recruiters forwards the candidates to employers and when placed.
- Agent gets paid.
OUR TERMS OF SERVICE
- Rate is negotiable depending on the calibre of candidates.
- All candidates must be given the relevant information about the post they have applied for. This will include a job description, person specification, grading structures, salary and location.
- Subil Recruiters does not charge candidates fees in relation to gaining employment through it’s services.
- Agent are also not allowed to charge candidates forwarded to Subil Recruiters.
- Subil Recruiters does not target for recruitment in remote areas where there is skills shortages.
- Subil Recruiters will conduct regular checks on all our agents to ensure compliance. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services with representatives who have breached the code.
